Steve uses his own Mac book Pro laptop running Keynote software for all his presentations. He also provides his own Apple DVI adapter that is compatible with a standard VGA cable and HDMI adapter. He can operate his presentation from either on stage or back of room depending on the AV setup for the event.
Steve does not supply his keynote presentations due to copy write infringement issues from the past so operates his presentation from his own laptop. Steve will make contact with your AV specialist well in advance to his allotted presentation time to ensure that everything is operating smoothly.
Steve’s presentation and appearance on stage may be filmed and displayed for audience viewing but may not be electronically recorded (video & audio), collected, stored distributed or supplied electronically to any party by any other means.
Steve requires Business Class return airfares, chauffeured transfers to and from airport, venue and any other destination required by the client. Business class airfares are to be organised and paid in advance by the client.
If accommodation is required a minimum 5 star hotel is required (inclusive of breakfast) and paid for by the client directly. Please be sure to find a hotel that’s either at the venue or close to the venue itself. A non-smoking room is also required.
Steve’s speaking fee is required within 7 days upon booking and after a “Contract of Services” agreement has been signed to guarantee his availability for your event. Any out of pocket expenses incurred will be invoiced after the event.
If Steve is available for your event and his appearance is confirmed his team will forward his speaker package, contract of services and additional details.
